RISK ASSESSMENT:
Through the use of management systems such as OHSAS 18001, Dresser will focus on the identification of EHS hazards and minimization of the associated risks to employees, customers, the environment and the community.
COMMITMENT TO COMPLIANCE
Dresser is committed to full compliance with all applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations.
EH&S MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
In addition to complying with laws and regulations, Company standards will establish best practices, with an emphasis on sustainability principles and continuous improvement. Through the use of management systems such as ISO 14001 and continued 3rd party verification audits, Dresser will ensure compliance with applicable laws and Company standards.
TRAINING
Each facility manager will ensure that we provide effective environmental, health and safety training to personnel working under our supervision;
INCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS
Dresser operations commit to investigation and reporting of all incidents to determine root causes and develop effective corrective actions for incident prevention;
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Through required project evaluations and planning, Dresser will effectively manage changes that could introduce additional EHS risk or environmental impacts - including but not limited to new manufacturing processes, products and acquisitions.
METRICS, OBJECTIVES & TARGETS
Key EHS metrics, objectives and targets will be used to monitor EHS performance and to pursue continuous improvement.
COMMUNICATION
Dresser management is committed to effectively communicate the company EHS policy, objectives and performance to employees, customers and other stakeholders.
