Selection Criteria

The Type 3900 MPV is designed for use with liquids, gas and steam applications covering pressure ranges from 15 psig to 6250 psig (1 barg to 431 barg) and standard temperature range from -40°F up to +505°F (-40°C to +263°C). Pilot-operated valves provide enhanced performance compared to spring-loaded designs with tighter control of opening and closing pressures.
