CALGARY (June 13, 2006) - The benefits of Waukesha Engine's latest engine control technology are now available for select models of older Waukesha VHP® engines in the form of a new ESM® (engine system manager) retrofit kit.
The retrofit kit delivers a package of features designed to maximize uptime and improve engine protection. It includes:
The initial ESM retrofit kit offering is designed for Waukesha VHP L7044GSI and L5794GSI engines built after April of 2000. Retrofit kits for additional models are also planned.
